Onyx Webb is a multi-genre mash-up that combines supernatural suspense, crime, horror, romance, and more. So the story... Onyx Webb is a ghost. Billionaire playboy Koda Mulvaney becomes obsessed with a girl he sees inside a mirror. Juniper Cole is on her way to the prom and... well, we don't want to spoil anything - we've probably told you too much already. How all these events are related is part of the mystery that is, Onyx Webb.
The Onyx Webb series follows the unusual life of Onyx Webb along with a central group of characters in various locations and times. The billionaire Mulvaney family, piano prodigy Juniper Cole and her brother Quinn, paranormal show hosts Cryer and Fudge, and a few others make up the core of the series. Written like a book version of a supernatural soap opera (think: American Horror Story) each character’s story moves forward with most every episode.
t may appear that the characters are entirely unrelated and yet episode by episode, the connections will become clearer. Like being an inch away from a spider web, with each book, the web will move further and further away revealing the full story of every character and most importantly, the stunning conclusion for Onyx Webb herself.

MY REVIEWS
Book One
Until you get your feet wet with your first experience of Onyx Webb, it may be a bit confusing. But many of my best life decisions have come when I jumped in the deep end on the spur of the moment. Let me tell you, I AM HOOKED! (There are some scenes with situations not really appropriate for younger readers.)
Thank goodness each chapter is headed by the city, state and date on which the action of the chapter occurs. The action takes place from the mid-1800's through the year 2010.
Reading Book I (episodes 1-3) of the Onyx Webb series is like a trip through a haunted castle ride at an amusement park. You get in the little car, the bar comes down, you hold on and enjoy the ride. There will be many times things jump out and shock you. But it's not the kind of fright where you get nightmares. It's more like the kind you get from, well, a haunted castle ride, or a really big rollercoaster. I remember my first rollercoaster. I was scared silly, but went anyway. I screamed a lot but at the end, I looked at my friend and said, "Let's go again!!!"
Any luckily, with the book, I got that chance in an immediate kind of way!
Book Two
In Book II (episodes 4-6) you get to see how the stories are really related to each other, making it even more enjoyable (if that were possible!) than Book I. There are several nexus (I looked, that is a singular and plural noun spelled the same way) where the characters glance off each other.
Take the Open Arms Orphanage. In Book I, Onyx and a girl named Katherine both survived kidnap and torture at the hands of Obedience, an older woman mourning a dead daughter. Later, Obedience finds her way to the orphanage, but winds up hanging herself. Katherine has since become a nun and works at the location. Onyx is on the run from gangsters her husband and goes into labor...at the orphanage. Several such synchronicities occur in this installment of the Onyx series.
I was so happy at the end of Book I that I already had a copy of Book II! Both have whetted my appetite in a HUGE way for the rest of the series! The first three books are on the Kindle Unlimited program, so it really doesn't get better than that.
Fun, fun, FUN to read and brings back a bit of the childhood whimsey to a reader. I highly recommend this series!!!

Richard and Andrea have been in love with creating stories together since they met almost twenty years ago and even spent some time in Hollywood writing screenplays, being represented by the producer of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Their favorite genres are suspense, thriller, crime and anything of a paranormal nature which is how Onyx Webb turned into a mash-up of all their favorites!
