One of my most favorite songs is Boondocks by the band Little Big Town:
And here's my 'twisted' A to Z version:
BLOG POSTS
I feel no pain
I'm up all night again
Trying to write my posts for the A to Z.
One thing I know
To the store I will go
Cause blogging takes a lot of hot coffee.
I sit here wond'ring if it will be 'good enough'
And then I realize, hey, maybe it's not that tough.
And the blogosphere is callin' to me.
[Chorus]
I got my snacks and drinks
And they are all right here.
I'm gonna knock posts out
'Cause it's oh, so clear.
That the blogosphere is callin' to me.
[Chorus]
It's where I learned about writing
It's where I learned about chats
It's where I learned about SEO
Tryin' to get some friends and follow back,
It's where I learned about teamwork
And having Sundays off.
You may not know me quite yet, but
This is me
And this is my blog.
Give me a desk, a laptop and an ergo chair
And that's fine with me, feels so fine to me.
[Chorus]
You and an A, I'll get a B
We'll keep writing till we hit that "Z"
Lots of great blog posts for you and me
At the end we'll have a big party!
